A short list

Every year I make a list of New Year's resolutions

and every year it seems like my list is mostly the same

either I am really bad at keeping my resolutions

or each year I just want to improve upon them a little more

I am choosing to believe it is the latter!

This year instead of making a long list of things to accomplish

I decided to shorten it down a little

I read an article in this month's Ensign about looking to the Lord and not around us

So I am going to try and focus on what my Heavenly Father would think of my actions and not the people around me

Not that I don't like the people around me...I just don't care what you think!

Not really!

and I want to be better about how I spend my time

I want to spend as much time as possible with this cute little girl

because in a few months things are definitely going to change around here

and so I am starting now my preparation for this change

and hoping I will survive!
